Sport Performance Facility

Indiana State athletics strength and conditioning program is conducted in a state-of-the-art 10,000 square foot facility located in the Health and Human Performance Building. The Sport Performance facility was completed in August 2017. It features seven double sided power racks, seven half racks with cable pulley systems on the back side, fourteen in-laid platforms made with ISU logos, and a three tiered dumbbell rack with iron grip dumbbells featuring the sycamore logos. The facility also has six water powered rowers, three sprint treadmills, over thirty medicine balls and a variety of rack and cable attachments that allow for a variety of training to take place.

Sycamore Fueling Station

The sycamore fueling station was completed in 2017 as a part of the Sport Performance facility renovation. The bar features a Gatorade fueling station, six top of the line vitamix blenders, three large refrigerators and a fully stocked pantry. All of this allows sycamore athletes to fuel and recover their bodies after tough training sessions.
